I'm playing Fall Out 2, and have a lockpicking ability of 15%. I'm in the bandits area right now and cannot unlock any of the chest or lockers, even with an expanded lockpicking set. With my lockpicking ability being so low, does it mean that I will never be able to unlock the harder locks in the game? Is there any way to raise my lockpicking ability?

Hm... First of all the game's name is Fallout 2 not Fall Out 2... Your lockpicking is too low for you to open, well almost anything... You can increase it when you level up and put skill points in it... So you can return later and loot the bandits when you increase lockpicking!

Or you can throw grenades at the boxes, and you'll also have the loot.
