Can they increase your skills more than once? Simple, eh? :P haven't seen that one around.

also, what gives with some quests? I can't do trish's quest with saul, for no apparent reason. I think I talked to her when she screamed his name... How can I fix this? It's only 250xp but god damn it I want to do all the quests!

I'm not sure about this question; the BoS can't increase your skills at all. They can increase your attributes, once per attribute.

Trish's quest is a bit bugged and highly conditional. I often don't get it m'self, and not sure how to ensure to get it. You're supposed to talk to Trish first, then Saul, ask him what he's doing there and explain that Trish is worried. I often miss out on it m'self, and not sure why.

Yeah I suppose I must have loaded a game and forgot to talk to her, but that she won't talk to me a few days later about Saul is kinda stupid. I did mean stats, sorry, but thanks for your answer. I'll plan my next UBERCHAR accordingly ;)

The only skill i remember that the BOS can increase is unarmed, i dont remember what floor it was on but it has personell in combat armor watching a sparing match if you stand there and watch you unarmed skill will increase slowly. (its been a while sence i played FO1 working on FO2 again right now)

Yeah you go to the mat where they train, wait a bit and they'll start teaching you through observation. I did see that one, but thanks ;)
