My game is pretty glitched up. First off, I have that random busy thing, and whenever I try to play ToB, It says that I do not have the disk inserted even though I have to put it in at the begaining of game. Also, where do I drop the patch file. Thank you in advance.
Oh ya, i'm using vista.

Try leaving the area or reloading the game to avoid the "busy" dialog.

Instead of having the Throne of Bhaal disc in the drive, try inserting Disc 2.

You do not drop the patch file anywhere. You run it as soon as you download it.

Vista is known to conflict with Baldur's Gate. Try searching around for some threads that talk about.
