Some newbie questions on magic

How much does a level of Scribe/Channel boost the spell regeneration?
5%,10%...?
Does Ward of Fire/Ice provide immunity or resistance?
Can Spellfire penetrate wards and resistances?
If I want to teleport to a moon bridged provided I have activated it,need I use another moon bridge or just at any place whenever I wish?

You have to use a moon bridge to teleport to other moon bridges.

once you have a moonstone you have to walk to a new moon bridge in order to use it. once you have walked to it and entered the moonbrige menu you can travel to it by any moonbridge from then on. scribe/channel doesnt seem to work in real time like running around fighting stuff but when you camp or sleep by a fire you can notice a much faster regeneration rate. i have never got hold of how much it increases it per lvl. wards of fire/ice give a huge resistance but not imunity. they also prevent the after effects of a fire/ice spell. take fire nova for example if you have ward of fire on the burn effect after the initial blast wont burn you. im not sure if spellfire penetrates wards but i do know that it penetrates resistances pretty good. with a high enough spellfire and arcane magic lvls you can kill nearly any monster (nonboss) in one hit with blast nova. if you have access to cataclysm and have high spellfire and arcane magic you can kill basically anything with 1 hit. shaduroth lasted through a few cataclysms but overall he was a piece of cake to kill. the witch in the maze died in 1 hit of cataclysm. hope this clears up your questions.
