Silver Talents

HI ,
I am Just in chptr 1 ,And was wondering when in the game do you start to get silver talents ,I have done quite abit but all I get is bronze talents .
If anyone knows please write .

By Chapter 3 and 4. You can also get silver talents through drinking special potions (like Frightener's Vision for example).

It's when you reach "Level 15", you start getting 1 Silver Talent every time you level up, until around the point you start getting Gold ones, too, at which point I BELIEVE (I could be wrong) that you start only getting 1 Bronze, 2 Silver, and 1 Gold each time you level up.

That makes me wonder... what would it take to get up to 50? I hate the swamp so much, but going around and emptying it over and over would probably work, if take flippin' forever.
Haha, we should just make a "help whitetail" thread, you could post any/all of your bizarre bugs and/or questions (I'd highly recommend just checking out the walkthrough if it's quest/storyline related).
