I am trying to get Viconia to join my party, but even though I save her life she won't join. She just says our paths might meet again. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

It could be that you have too high a reputation. What reputation do you have?

I killed some random lowering my rep to 9, which is average. Yet she won't join me.

It is five, does it help if I have Branwen talk to her? Her Charisma is 13.
