HI,
I have some bronze talents I want to use .I am trying to ues them at the end off the branches and it wont let me .
It says the consumpion of a mutagent is ness to use the bronze talent ?
What does this mean and what do I have to do to fill them in ?.

Mutagens you make with alchemy. Once you've drank the concoction, you can spend a talent point there.
