at the end of the game when you kill your sister I waited till after the credits and started playing I went to the heros guild and to the quest table and it wouldn't let me do quests and the guild master wasn't there

if any body else puts a question that you think is a glitch in the game some body please answer if it is or isnt

What version of the game do you have? You will only see the Guildmaster again if you have the TLC version. It's not possible in the original.

Yeah in the original you can play but all of the quests are unavailable. In TLC you can play a whole new story line and Spoiler: Kill Jack of Blades..... Again.
