Went to Mournhold,roaming about, killed and put on a dude with "Her Hand's" armor, but tremoved it after all hell broke loose.

No one will talk with me due to guards needing help with a monster attack. OK. I helped clear out the beasties, fight us OVER.....

Back inside, it's the SAME! We are under attack, no interaction with ANY NPC's.
All fighting in the yard is finished, all monstera AND guards are dead...now what? PLEEEEASE help so I can see Tribunal content, finally.

If I understand your problem, just go talk with either the leader of the guys in the red armor (don't remember his name) or Alemexia. It doesn't really matter which.
