I am confused again ????
I did read the walk through but did not catch this .
What is the differance between a mutagen and a potion?
I am trying to use my bronze talents and it says consumtion of a mutagen required.Please some one tell me what to consume so I can use my talents.!

Hello. A mutagen is just a type of potion. You still brew it using alchemy, the difference is that a mutagen usually requires a unique ingredient (frightener's eye, werewolf fur, etc.) and these potions grant talent points or unlock new talents instead of having temporary effects.

Example: [url="http://www.gamebanshee.com/thewitcher/potions/frightenersvision.php"]Frightener's Eye Formula[/url]. You can see the list of potions to the side there, some are mutagens - to see which one you want, you just have to read the list (or read your manual, the list is in there too )
