here are some cheats I've found for fallout 3.

player.additem (hex value of item) (number of items)
Example: player.additem 000000a 10, would give your player 10 lock picks

Hex values:
000000a ,bobby pins (lock picks)
000000f ,bottle caps (money)

Has any one figures out other hex values?

hey sorry im new, ive had an xbox for ages and neva used it im only was on the PC haha going to xbox games now, how do i put them game or wt ever i have to do ???

Including:

Opening the cosole is done by pressing the 'tilde' (~) key.

modpca "Strength x" where 'x' is a number from 1 to 10 Raises your strength by the number you use to up to the max of 10 and you can do the same for all your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. :
"strength x"
"perception x"
"endurance x"
"charisma x"
"intelligence x"
"agility x"
"luck x"

tm - this will completely remove the HUD and menus and, well, anything GUI related.
tai - this will completely disable the AI of any creature/npc. Enter tai again to resume (toggle) action.
tfc - to activate the flying camera (toggle flying camera; type tfc again to deactivate it.)
tcl - removes collision from your character enabling simulated flight or to reach places that were previously unreachable. (toggles collision; type tcl again to deactivate it.)
ttm1 - ToggleMapMarkers: Shows all Mapmarkers on the world map.

advlevel - Level up!

With setav, you can also click on an npc and change their stats, you can also change health with it.

I also noticed on that site, they list the item code for stimpaks as 00015166, but that's psycho's code. Stimpaks are 00015169.
