taint shoots/necromancer robe???

my little brother is looking for a necromancers robe, and all he has found is the black hooded one with out the symbols. plus i would like to know where to find 10 taint shoots at to help the necromancer, i cant find anymore after the 5 he requested. greatly appreciated
