How come all furniture and potions always have bad supplies?
Is it because I maxed out all my renting and prices? xD

Most likely. I have bought and maxed out every piece of land I own and usually there are low in stock and I never see sales anymore.

I got divorced, and I can't sell/rent my house 
It says enter redecorate mode and set budget.
When I press set budget, it is like I am still married, but it resets back to 0.
I tried getting married again but I can't set it as a marital home.
Now there aren't any sales/shortages at all. That was how I made my money - I have 2 diamonds of sorrow and the stone of myr Bregothil of whatever it is called. I waited for a huge shortage, sold them, waited for a massive sale, bought them back.
So first the house crisis, now I am stuck with small profits from my jewellery.
I then bought a lot of houses and shops to get quite a bit of income.
Which brings me to my next point - Does anyone ever move in to the graveyard mansion if you rent it out? I have tried lowering the rent to 0 but nobody still moved in. I tried transporting half of Bowerstone there and dismissing them but still nothing.
Sorry for talking for a while and sorry if this should be in a new thread. I just recently found these forums and I'm scared to make new threads.

Well I don't they physically move in, you should still get the income for it. I don't think people actually want to live where the first floor of the building is missing the floor. Which makes me wonder...if you bought out every house and turned all of them for only yourself, where would all the people go?

If you've tried removing people from a town and dumping them somewhere else, they disappear. If you go back to the town, more people have taken their place.
You know, Nora the BEGGAR was once renting out one of my houses for a large amount of rent (I am very corrupt). One day, she said "I'll be out on the street if the rent doesn't go down". It made me lol.

I'm having the same problem with no sales/shortages, bit might be linked to one of 2 things, buying Fairfax or killing Lucien (that wasn't a spoiler u knew that was goin to happen!!) sadly I'm pretty sure it's after killing lucien (possibly based on the choice you make) because I never saw another sale/shortage again

Well as far as i am concerned It doenst matter witch choiche you make. The item stock should change for every store after a few days and better weapons will be obtainable as long as you keep going with the main quests.
I do want to say the game as various glitches and errors, I have seen quite a deal of them. So i would say.. Well you would probably guess
