Im looking for a mod which makes all spell scrolls 100% chance to learn, I need it for tuto and for BG2 ToB.

Why look for mod? Use character editors to raise your intelligence. With this stat about 20 you'll have a 100% chance to learn any spell

The G3 tweakpack does that and certainly seems to do everything else.
