Question on Dagger of Chaos..

Hi,
I recently brought Dagger of chaos as my weapon as i specialise in longswords with great cleave as special attacks. Is there any other good longsword that has got good damage? The dagger of chaos hits with 2d6 damage with additional vampiric regeneration...(Dont have a clue what that means) and stun of about 50 percent and blindness 25%. Till now i havent seen any other good sword as good as this one.
