Well, i've visited the arcanum guide on gamebanshee, i discovered the Old Blind Master, who has that fascinathing weapon, and i knew he stays in the Old Blind Master's House. But, where is this Old Blind Master's House? I've begun a throwing master only for that weapon, and to not kill the throwing-master and get the azram star back. The guide always says "Old Blind Master's House", but doesn't say where it's located =/
