I just noticed the trend of titles in the posts, and felt left out.

Anyone have any hints on a low-fat diet? I'm looking for high-cal, high protein, low fat foods that are EASY and quick to prepare, yet edible. If I could come up with, maybe, three alternative meals for breakfast, lunch & dinner, I'd be happier. As it is now, I just end up not eating a lot of those meals.

Er...isn't this a bit...um...contradictory?

If you're going for something like the Atkin's Diet, then, supposedly, you shouldn't try for low fat foods. I'm not positive about this, though.

AS for something quick and easy and edible...um...I could probably get you quite a few suggestions from my dad, but...I'm not sure anyone other than my dad would consider them edible.
