After Reaver's Quest

I've been looking for a post on this but can't find anything.
Is there any way to get your character looking normal again after you do Reaver's "errand"?

no there is not. by not handing it over to the girl you got hit with the oldness...the only way to avoid it is to give her the amulet and she will get old...sure you will get evil points but you wont look old

yes there is when you finish the story your red eyes go away and if you do the brightwood quest you become young again.

I remained old even after i beat the game, for me the oldness went away after sleeping in castle fairfax

If you're evil just dye your hair black and you wont even notice a difference
