When I first bought fallout 3 I had problems with the game (frequent crashes), so I needed to Crtl alt delete alot to stop the game. However, one time with crtl alt delete, the bar above the window that appears was gone and so the only way I could exit the crtl alt delete screen was to sign out (I can't even do exit on the little 'legend' way down on your screen).

So anyway, any thought on how I can put the bar with the little cross back on my ctrl alt delete screen again? (this would be so much easier to explain in dutch )

Double-click on the Ctrl-Alt-Del (Task manager) screen to restore the rest of the menu.
