Anyone killed one of the companion and proceed the game?
I am playing an evil character in MOTB, when I first met with Kaelyn The Dove I kill her, now I wonder what will happen at the rest of my campaign.
Is that a great lost? Is the game system just simply throw away all the thing which related with Kaelyn or I will encounter new event because I sley her?

As I said, at the FIRST TIME I met her. Where in the conversation there is an option which say something like "perhap your blood can open the door, die now!"

Yeah, I remember seeing that dialogue option.
You'll at least miss out on
the bonuses she'll give you if you manage to get her influence up to devoted, which I find quite good.
Other than that, you'll miss out on
at least one game ending.
That's what I can remember at the top of my head anyways.

Then
After I kill Kaelyn, do I still has the mission relate to wall of faithless?

When you return, you will have to face the Menagerie (likely), and will lose out on their help in the second fight with Okku.
As for the Wall of the Faithless, Kailyn the Dove's Prescence or absence has little effect. If she's there, and you attack the Wall, she helps, and you get chewed out by Kelemvor. BADLY. If you defend the Wall, she immediately betrays you, runs and fetches her siblings, and attacks you. Kelemvor praises you, however. Last time I played, she wasn't with me (I left her in the Veil), and Kelemvor told me she was dead.
Take it as you will, but you did NOT specify how you killed her, only that you had killed her. Admittedly, I should have asked more plainly for how, but...
