Getting a new Barebones

Ok, basically I'm just wondering if there'll be any complications with the additional hardware I'm getting with my barebones.

Here's the barebones-
XFX GeForce 8200 Socket AM2AM2+ Barebone Kit - AMD Athlon 64 X2 5800+ 3.0GHz OEM, 2GB DDR2 PC6400 Corsair, ATX Mid-Tower Case, 600 Watt Power Supply at TigerDirect.com

Here's the extra Hardware to be put in-

Graphics Card (don't care about crossfire)-
Diamond Radeon HD 4650 - 1GB GDDR2, PCI Express 2.0, CrossFireX, (2) Dual-Link DVI, S-Video, Video Card 4650PE1G at TigerDirect.com

Memory-
Corsair Dual Channel TWINX 4096MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz Memory (2 x 2048MB) TWIN2X4096-6400C5 at TigerDirect.com

Cooling Fan-
Ultra X-Wind Socket 2200rpm K8AM2 Copper CPU Cooling Fan ULT40032 at TigerDirect.com

Will their be any complications when putting this all together? The cooling fan I'm not so much worried about, but the Memory being 2 sticks of 1 gig and 2 sticks of 2 gig concerns me, as well as the ATI card on the Nvidia chipset.

Regarding the RAM configuration, there shouldn't be any problems with it. I've seen people's system run fine with a similar configuration like yours.

As for the ATI card on a mobo with Nvidia onboard graphics, no problems there. The card will replace the integrated graphics as the primary display, so no conflicts will occur.

Awesome to the max.

I know how to put a PC together, but the parts to them just keep getting so advanced that I can't keep up with compatibility issues anymore.
