Well, I found the Radscorpion Limbs, confronted the Buntons about them, scared them off, and then went back to Ms Buckner to tell her about it. She tells me to get some additional evidence about the Duntons stealing, but after that, I'm at a loss.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to finish this quest?
