Ranged Touch Attacks already work with Dexterity, but Melee Touch Attacks use Strength in their rolls so it could work if it was considered a small or light weapon. I know it does in NWN2, but after doing some searches I have my doubts about NWN1. For NWN2 I once designed a Monk that specialized in divine (and a few arcane) touch attacks. But I wouldn't possibly be able to do that in NWN1, would I? Just wanted to know.
(Sorry, these things tend to get stuck on my mind a lot - it's how I roll)

I will speculate, I dont know if the things I'll write is true.
Melee touch attacks should be unarmed attacks and since finesse works with unarmed attacks it should work with melee touch attacks.

touch attack and finesse?
I believe that touch attack ( ranged or melee ) has to do with spells only. In case of the spell "burning hand", it is a melee touch condition. In case of "mass heal", it could be either melee touch or ranged touch.

These people feel it DOESN'T work and are debating whether it should..whether they are correct or incorrect I don't know.
Just a thought you could at least cast Bull's strength on yourself to give a +2 to your touch attacks..
Might want to build in some Pal/Blackguard (or cleric) for the saves and take divine shield...that would be a reason to build 14 STR into the build.
Hmm
STR 14 +4 RDD +4 Bull's = 22
CHA 12
Sorceror 4 True Strike, Shield, Bull's, Identify
Monk 3 Speed Saves Fists
RDD 4
Cleric 9 (or more in HoTU) Touch Spells

Wouldn´t arcane and divine touch-attacks be modified by the spell DC instead of the Strength or (possibly) Dexterity modifier? I don´t know, that´s why I´m asking, but in my mind arcane and divine sounds like spells to me (DUH!), ergo not modified by AB.
