Hello. I am playing the OC again and haven't met the wolf to start Elanee's subquest in act 1 (go to sky mirror wtc) and I am in act 2 now.

Will it happen in act 2 for me or is that it?

The wolf is gone, but you can still get the quest. I don't remember how, but it did for me.
