Problem on Tattooine

I'm currently on Tattooine. I have got the quest from Iziz about rescuing the Jawas. I have got sand people robes but I cannot equip them and therefore cannot get into the sand people enclave. Any help would be great.

if you can't equip them you have a few options
1. Kill more sand people to get more robes
2. Load a recent save game
3. *SPOILER* there is a way to get in without the robes which requires HK-47 but you can figure the quest out yourself

Just to be sure: where (in what area) are you trying to equip them? You can equip the robes only outside the Anchorhead city.

I think I've tried equipping them inside and outside the city, but I'll check to make sure. Thanks for the suggestion.

The lower area of the first desert map, where the Sandcrawler sits, has this bit where lots of Sand People respawn. Maybe ten times or so. I think I've always been able to equip them after I cleared that place out. Of course, it may be that I do something that triggers it before I get there. But I'm not aware of that. Generally I'll have spoken to everyone in Anchorhead before I go out. Don't forget the Czerka office where you can persuade the representative to give you money for delivering Gaffi sticks.
