Any idea what this is used for, if anything? I think it was dropped by the goblin shaman in the glowstone caverns but not positive. I searched the forum and got zero hits on this item, wherever it came from. Thanks!

I just sold it for 200 odd gold - doesn't do anything and no one asks for/about it.
