Problem with teh new DLC

Recently I downloaded the Knotoleglad island premium pack and now for some reason when ever I'm not online it won't let me use my charicter. any ideas on whats happening or how to fix it?

recently I ran into yet another problem (note I used a charicter who had never been to the Tattered Spire) Once I beat the first quest "Knotole's big freeze" it popped up again along with "Knotole's big heat" I've now beaten all the quests minus the 2nd "Knotole's big freeze" now I've to the Spire and back again and it still won't go away, please some body HELP!!!!

Are you Playing Xbox 360? Or PC?
If PC, i've hard this several times and it works. Uninstall the game, then install it Again.
I hope this helps. It's the only idea I have.

Thanks, but I have it for the 360, weird thing is it only happens to my oldest charicter (before I switched to an Elite) so thet might have something to do with it.

This is just what a friend of mine reported....
Previous DLC for Xbox...has always required him to be online...Oblivion that is..
cannot say for myself..

ya one of my freinds recently downloaded it and he's having the same problem. well thanks for your help but can any of you help with my 2nd problem? it's really starting to tick me off!
