Isthere any reason to go above 100% in a skill. IN doctor, repair, lockpick etc. it is obvious not to go above 100%. But what about the combat skills? Will i get a higher chance in aiming with a not-so-good weapon if i go above 100 'cause i heard that in unarmed 100+ percentage gives extra combat moves?

Are you asking about Fallout 1, 2 or Tactics ?

For weapons don't look the current skill points, look at the success chance percentage displayed while aiming.
If your attacks alway have 95 % success chance you won't benefit from raising the corresponding weapon skill, else you will.

There are several checks in FO2 where you have to pass a skill check at -xx%, so going over 100 pays off.
