Several Random Questions

Hi everyone, it's been along time since I've played through BG2 (with TOB) and I've only ever played through it with friends online, never enjoying the NPC interactions I hear so much about, so I have decided to play through with some NPCs.
The party I'm considering is: Swashbuckler PC, Aerie (romance), Jan, Minsc and one other. I'm considering Anomen because from what I understand Jan has some good interactions with him. I don't want to take a full party of six because I tend to get bored if level progression is too slow. Just wanted to know if this was a good party and if there is someone to take instead of Anomen that has good interactions with this party or if just Aerie, Jan and Minsc would provide enough entertaining dialogue. I think Korgan would be fun but according to this website, Him and Aerie don't get along. To be honest, I'm not really sold on Aerie, I just picked her for mage goodness, but I wouldn't really be opposed to taking someone else and then making the PC a mage or berserker/cleric to cover spell casting as well.
And another couple random questions:
Since I have character ADD I have already come up with an intriguing idea for a second party: Using the Shadowkeeper editor to make everyone wild mages with the rule that the only spell they can use is Nahal's Reckless Dweomer.
I am wondering if it is possible to:
1. Make the spell available at all spell levels so I can memorize more than 5, or would I just need to make it an innate ability (if possible, I've never used SK)
2. Is it possible to edit an NPC into a Cleric and use Nahal's Reckless Dweomer with Cleric spells (I'm guessing no) or at least apply the wild magic effect to the Cleric spellbook and then edit the % of a wild magic result.
Anyways, I apologize for the disjointed post, but things kept coming to me and I just threw them in the middle of previous paragraphs. So to attempt to summarize the main question: I have never played with NPCs and want a party with alot of humurous dialogues, but that is easy to complete all quests with because I tend to get bored if I progress too slowly. Not looking for challenge, just a relaxing cruise through the game where I can enjoy some company.
