Some doubts for multiclassing/dualclassing on new team

My latest team will be composed as follows:
Paladin
Ranger/Cleric (multi)
Ftr3/Druid
Bard
Fighter/Thief6 (not sure yet)
Fighter/Wizard (not sure either)
The two questions: should I use a multiclass Fighter/Wizard or dualclass from FTR3 or 7 or something along those lines? Definitly going to be an archer.
Should I use a Gnome multiclass thief or a Human dualled from Thief 6? (or so, not sure yet about it.)
