Can't find him anywhere...suppose to meet him after instructions from the Windspear guy...or could it be a bug, because after I had been tricked into slaying the group of fighters, I did not immediately see the Garren Windspear, but ventured off to the Docks area and was attacked by a group of paladin.I did not attack them but immediately went back to look for Garren Windspear...who reached an agreement with the Order for me.Now I can't find the Prelate, after slaying the dragon and talking to Garren again.

once you walk into the building, his office is off to the left, behind a door

The guy should be in the small room to the left.

He's usually in the back room (room to the north of the building) all by himself.

If you see him before you tackle Bohdi, you can get paladin help as well as from Drizzt.

you can also get help from the thieves guild with bohdi
