Hrm, some people don't like me much...I'll never understand why, I fess up to my problems and admit my faults.
What am I talking about? Well on a not-so-well known forum called valhalla some jerk has decided to call me pompous, while I never refuted this, I feel that this guy is a jerk. The thread is here
BTW, why am I handling this immaturly you ask...he handled the problem immaturly

I think some of us are still upset over BGDungeon's sudden, unexpected closure.

Intersting conversation between you and that dude named the one.

@Shadowstrider ....I have to say...for someone to have an opinion they should at least be brave enough to post under their own name. I forgot to look ,but did this person leave an e-mail address? (My bet is no)

@ShadowStrider =>
I think you were right with your conclusion that board has a bad layout (my profesional webdesigner's opinion). It breaks all design rules.
However, your remarks were of a kind that you can expect someone to be p*ssed off.
On the other hand design is a taste issue, not to be won by arguments. And anynonimity is a coward's excuse....

Well the webmaster there is a buddy of mine, I posted my specific tastes to him. Posted the generalized version there. I agree that my comments were vague, but being vague is often good, that way you can squirm in between details(also helps to get others to be specific, thus getting more for less). Masterful debate tactics =)

Since when are there rules to design?
Sometimes great work arises from the ashes of chaos

I should really emphsasise the word sometimes

tackiness is one rule, uniformity is another =)
LOL, I don't believe the "rules" of design are rules, more a code. The code is to help ensure quality design and that flaws are kept to a minimum.

Just pointing out that chaos has been underestimated in the past

Shadowstrider, just let it roll off your back. If you worry too much about it you will get an ulcer.

I am DEFINATLY not worried about it. I enjoy flame wars, even more when it is with a coward.

Hmm...surely it isn't really a
war then, more of a one-sided battle...
