Where is Shilo Chen?

I installed BG I NPC PROJECT MOD and I was supposed to find some person named Shilo Chen in the area of Wyrm's Tooth.However, I don't find this guy, the only changes are one farmer that complains about wastes in the forest and that hired female assassin with wolves?
I also searched east area of Baldurs Gate, but he's also not there.Is he somewhere else in Baldurs Gate - I haven't searched it thoroughly, but according to internet, he should be in Wyrm's Tooth.
