I just have a quick question about how many attacks you get. How many levels does it take in one class to get another attack per round. I want to know because for some reason, whenever I multiclass I don't get an extra attack per round, Ever...

Can someone please enlighten me on this, I'm thinking about starting up a game again, it's just been a while since I've played.

The number of attacks per round depends on BAB like you can see in the tables in the manual.

1 attack at BAB 0-5
2 attacks at BAB 6-10
3 attacks at BAB 11-15
4 attacks at BAB 16+

Warriors get +1 BAB every level.
Sorcerers/mages get +1 BAB at level 2,4,6,8,...
The rest gets +1 BAB at level 2,3,4,6,7,8,10,11,12,14,...

For multiclasses the BAB bonuses from the different classes are added together.
A fighter5/monk4/cleric4 gets 5+3+3 = 11 BAB and therefore 3 attacks per round for example.

Wait, I have another quick question. I have a monk that is lvl 5. And he still has 1 attack per round. Why doesn't he have 2 or even 3 attacks yet. Thanks again, if anybody can answer this for me.

Read kmonster's post again. He told you already.

old post, but minor correction, in IWD2, you can get more than 4 attacks by having sufficiently high BAB (21+), even though that's technically probably not kosher by strict 3e rules. You can't get more than that, though; that's a strict restriction enforced by the game engine. (This means that if you dual-wield, you'll only ever get a maximum of 4 attacks with your main hand since 1 attack always comes from your off hand, even if you have a sufficiently high enough BAB)

if you play on HoF, every class other than a mage/sorceror will be able to get 5 attacks/round by the time they hit level 30 (though multiclassing will obviously make this more complicated).
