I restored all the memories of HK-47's previous owners prior to finding the fourth Star Map and the Leviathan encounter and apparently after that his core should be unlocked and the remaining memories restored but this hasn't happened
also, other than Carth, Bastilla, Mission and Zaalbar none of the other companions make any reference to or have dialogue questions about Revan. I'd have expected Canderous and Jolee to have some comments about it, but they seem blissfully ignorant

finally, I've completed most of the companion's quests, the exceptions being the aforementioned HK-47, but also Juhani. we ran into Xor once and I convinced her not to kill him but now all she will ever say is that she wants revenge and the quest remains unfinished. I finally caved and read a spoiler that says he's supposed to show up again after the first encounter but he never does

About the Leviathan, to get some more dialogue options you have to ask each person how he/she feels about you being Revan. Once you ask HK he tells you that you were his first owner and about his damaged/locked assassination protocols. All you do to get further comments from people is ask them how they feel about you being Revan as soon as you get off the Leviathan and Carth throws his fit.

As for Xor, just finish you next planet and bring Juhani with you everywhere. On your way back to your ship he will ambush you with some thugs. That's all you can do. At least, before you kill him.

the problem is that only Mission, Z and Carth had the option to ask about Revan, none of the other companions even acknowledge it. as for Juhani, thanks, I'll try it

Well, try reloading a previous save before the Leviathan and retry it. But that would probably throw you off quite a bit. You could just live with it and continue on, or you can lose your progress post Leviathan and reload a new save.

I reached the same point on my dark side character and found out what happened. seems I accidentally skipped a dialogue choice during the cut scene immediately after escaping the Leviathan which involved asking most of the companions their thoughts on the Revan revelation
anyway, also managed to get Juhani's sidequest working on my light side character, so thanks for the help
