Hello.

My character is a level 10 Dragon Desciple so has 100% fire immunity.

What happens if I equip an item which gives me 25% fire weakness - do I have 75% immunity now?

The way you described it should be correct. A while back though I tested it and came up with a different conclusion. At the very beginning of MoB you can pick up a devise that gives you 100% cold immunity, and 50% Fire weakness. I equipped my RDD with the device, and then dropped a bunch of fireballs on him. Nothing fazed him. Unless it was a glich in the game which they have since fixed... I'm pretty sure the RDD is Immune to Fire no matter what.
