Uhhh, I'm not sure what's up with this but after the whole sister final fight in Santa Monica, where you are supposed to go meet Tung, the gate for the oil reserve isn't opening. It just stays locked. So i can't do anything else( though i did find out that those barrels can burn you..)
I also took an older character who had already opened the gate and had completed Santa Monica, but the gate didn't open for her either. I have all of the patches, a rain mod ForumPlanet - Topic - Better rain
and i used vstats cheats( never caused any problems before)
I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem, and if i should do anything, or just unstall it.

If memory serves me right (I've not played in quite a while! ) You go to see Tung through a hole in the fence, the gate always remains locked... I think the gap is to the RHS of the gate... I could be wrong, but you might want to check it out!

The hole in the gate is at the warewolf after seeing Nines. The door is supposed to be opening, has to be a glitch. All I can tell you is open the console and type in noclip

this will allow you to go through it as though it was not there. Make sure to turn it off though, and make sure you are looking straight or upward as to not go through the floor.
