Second severed arm but where?

I seem to have misplaced the severed arm you collect from Gimble. My Malk is kind of interested in a new one. According to this site, you're supposed to find one later in the sewers. I vaguely recall this as well, but where and in which of them specifically?

The Tremere spell bloodboil leaves servered arms all the time, but you are playing as a malk, so I don't know.

You will find one in the Hollywood sewers where the courier has been killed.
