Order of mods patches etc. and incompatabilities.

It would be use ful if there was a sticky that listed what order mods and patches if any should be installed. I am getting a lot of crashes and other probs which I assume are due to not having the correct patch/tweak etc.
If there is anyone out there who knows the correct order I would be grateful.
I am trying to use HoW and Luremaster but would also like to use Item upgrade plus any other mods that make the game more difficult/interesting.
