Need help entering private lounge in jek jek tar.

The title says it all. Whenever I try to enter the private lounge at the back as Mira, I simply turn around run a step or two and then return to the door. Never had this issue before. Anybody had this problem/bug? Any ideas how to get past it? I've tried reloading but no dice.
