I am having trouble activating my 3 persomal teleporters?
When it comes to the stationary ones all I have to do is walk by it and it lights up and comes to life!
I dont get it I read the book and eveything I could fine on personal teleporters here on sight .
but I am not doing something right.
Any ideas ?

IIRC, you have to drop them to use them.

Not correct. Use them like any consumable in your inventory and drag it onto your equipment. It'll drop the teleporter activated.
