Let's list creative ways of ridding the planes of this drow. He wouldn't hesitate one second to sell you out or kill you, so why should he deserve anything less from you?
101: Dire charm him, walk him inside the wolves den and block the exit with your fighters or something. Cast a web to be sure he won't escape. Then cast contagion and watch him wither away :evil:
