After receiving the quest for umar hills i traveled there and entered the mayors house, but he wasnt there, I tried loading the game again and i tried resting a while and reloading the umar hills area via exiting and entering.
I went to gamefaqs since id figure id try to spawn him using the creature list that they have as an faq but there are so many codes and i dont know what the mayors name is so i checked the "M" section of the faq and it wasnt much help
If anyone knows his creature code or has encountered this problem could give me advice id appreciate it
Umar Hills mayor help
When you first arrive to Umar Hills you should see a conversation between the mayor and the villagers. Only after that is it possible to go to the mayors house and speek to him. The conversation between him and villagers takes place just to the left of the mayors house in the middle of the square.
