THE GREY, SHADED LINE SEEMS TO BE STUCK ON THE TOP ATTRIBUTE: 'VT' (VITALITY ?): how can i increase the 'attributes?' below that ? what about the stuff above the 2 letter attributes ? do you know where i can download the manual ? thanks

Those are secondary attributes. In that section you can only increase VT and AE.

Should I ask why you don't have a manual?
