Secret academy help

I've been playing the game recently and I dont know why but whenever I get to the first cutscene where u drop ur weapons my screen goes black and nothing happens. I can hear myself moving around if I walk I can still look at my inventory and menu but nothing happens. Help?

There is a bug in that conversation. When the handmaidens ask you to put away ur weapons you get 2 or 3 options... do not pick the "ok, i mean no harm" one. It will screw up the game trigger. Instead pick the option "who are you" and when handmaiden insists that you put away ur weapons or face a fight, kreia will tell you that there is she senses no harm in doing so. Then you should pick the "ok, i'm not here to do battle" option. That should solve ur bug issue. But at the expense of LS points you get if you picked the initial no harm option.
