Is it possible to slowdown or even have an option to click and continue to next dialog, after you've read a dialog? Sometimes I just want to kick back and not sit up crunching words.

Try searching through [url="http://knightsoftheoldrepublic.filefront.com/"]this site.[/url] They have a wealth of mods and fixes for both kotor games. If anyone has the mod u are asking for, it should be them.
