Ive heard that Infested Mine was also a good spot for loot. I haven't tried it myself, but many people said it was a good spot.

Generally, medium or large caves infested with monsters are good sources of loot. This is mainly because of the sheer number of chests located in them. The two caves that immediately come to mind are Newt Cave and Haynote Cave.

Robbers Glen is another good one, even if the treasure's crap you get a load of imp gall, one of the best ingredients in the game.

However one has to bear in mind that treasure is leveled and random, so just because you find something good there once doesn't mean you'll ever find anything worthwhile there again. Rockmilk is a good example, I've never found anything worth keeping there, but I know that is just down to bad luck on my part.

My friend told me that red ruby cave has a lot of good loot in it. He said he found the ring of perfection in a chest in the cave! He also said it contains good armor as well.

Yeah, most of it is down to real world luck. Which is why you will maximize your chances to obtain good magical loot in a cave with more chests, hence my recommendations. Simple math :)
