I just started witcher 1.4.
In 1.3 I could make potions anytime I felt like it even if recipe was not listed.
Now I have some memerized from before ,but 1.4 will not let me drag indredents into the circle to fab .
Is this normal in 1.4?
If it is it sucks.
I know from expierience that some of the recipes will not be available until chapter 4.
And this is an upgrade ?
when before you were encouraged to experiment.
Am I missing something?

I've been able to create potions without the recipe in EE version....

More difficult, but I did it. I'll not swear, but I think it even added in the formula.....

It adds in the formula once you drink it - until then it will be "unknown potion"

you Guys are both right.
In 1.3 that is howit worked .
There must be a bug in my 1.4.
I tried oils bombs and potions no ingreedeants will light up todrag out of stock.
It suks that was handy.
Did you guys notice that waitresses and girls in general have a little more class in 1.4.
Instead of what the f do you want and I will be with you when I feel like it or what do you want now?

Sorry guys I did not have the potion attribute yet.
I got to stick to one game at a time .
That was a stupid mistake i made
