Loading Problems

Okay, so recently with my game whenever i try to load my most current file, it gets about 1/3 of the way done then stops. I have waited a few minutes and nothing happens. I use CTRL + Alt + Delete and quit out. it usually takes 4 or 5 tries to get it to load, or more. Now it hasn't been loading all togeather. but when I try any of my other files they work flawlessly. Help!
