Manaan was my fourth planet to go to for the star map and korriban was my last. after completeing everything on korriban i was going back to my ship and a twi'lek named Senni Vek game me a data pad i "dropped" and when i read it it said," The Genoharadan say to see Hulas on Manaan. Come alone or not at all." I already knew i was banned from Manaan but to humor myself and went and it wouldn't let me in. is this a glitch or .......? any help?

As you said, you have been banned from manaan, and hence cannot return to the planet. But what strikes me as funny is (spoiler abound, highlight to read)
that Senni Vek should have approached you after your final encounter with calo nord on the next planet you visit after Dantooine. Since he approached you on Korriban, i presume it has to be a misfiring glitch, as you should already have killed Nord long ago, as well as Malak's apprentice, Darth Bandon.

Odd. Since i almost always complete manaan as my fourth planet, i have gotten the datapad either on Tatooine or Kashyyyk, after i have dealt with Nord. In any case, (again spoilers)
the datapad asks you to meet this guy called Hulas. He has some assassination missions for you to undertake, should you wish. He says the missions are for an assassins guild called the GenoHaradan that do political killings and the like to "influence" events on a galactic scale. Upon completing each of his missions, he rewards you with some pretty impressive loot, as well as a huge helping of DS points. He will also tell you about the history of the GenoHaradan.
In the end, he reveals to you that he has been, in fact, sending you after all the guild heads, instead of political marks, as you have been lead to believe. Seeing as he himself is a head, your killing of the rest means he now has ultimate power over the entire guild. If you feel insulted by this, he will ask you to meet him on Tatooine alone to "settle" the matter once and for all. If you don't he just disappears and you don't hear from him again.
Going to Tatooine, you end up settling the matter with sabers and pistols. He winds up dead. End of story.

try to change the order in which you visit the planet, in your next game (just to see if it triggers earlier)
or next time try to not get banned (I assume your playing dark side, but, it should still be avoidable??? I think??? with out gaining to much light side points)
